WILMINGTON — Annie Causey Evans, age 84, of Wilmington, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022. Annie was born November 20, 1937.
She was the daughter of Richard and Letha Causey, and a beloved wife of the late Randolph Evans.
Annie loved to go to church on Sundays. She kept a greenhouse full of vegetables and loved to grow lots of flowers and plants. Annie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents and her older siblings; brother John Causey, and sister Mag Crib. She is survived by three daughters: Anna Robles, Carol Gauta and her husband, Gauta Gauta, and Sonja Rojas; two sons: Greg Evans and Terry Evans and his wife Joanne; her grandchildren: Gabriel, Leilani, Penina, Marisa, Miranda, and Spencer; and her great-grand: River.
A visitation for Annie will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412.
A funeral service will occur Friday, January 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
