WILMINGTON — Joyce Marie Clark Easter, 64, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Joyce was born May 18, 1957, in Miami, Florida, to David and Kathleen Clark, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 31 years, Stanley Easter; daughter, Heather Thorpe (Mike), and grandchildren, Alexis and Trent Thorpe; stepdaughters, Tara Bradshaw (Tracey), Sydney Starnes (Ken), and grandchildren, Logan, Haley, Jackson and Cooper; sister, Nancy Carter; and brother, Albert Clark. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Cathy Blackmon; and brother, David Clark.
Joyce was a machinist for many years and was employed by General Electric. She enjoyed traveling, bingo, gardening and arts and crafts. She was loved by many and never met a stranger.
