Rose’s son, Michael, dedicates this tribute his mother:

Aloha Nui Loa Mom, It is with great sadness that I write about that special person called Mom. She was always there for me, as a baby, little boy, teenager and as a father. She touched so many people throughout her life. With kindness, humor, wisdom and lots and lots of love. Mom is physically gone, but her soul and spirit will live on in all of us who knew her. God bless you, Mom. You did a terrific job! We love you now and always.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
