WILMINGTON — Herbert Wayne Klander, 70, passed away Friday, Jan. 15, 2021. Herbert was born Aug. 9, 1950, in Wilmington to Vadis Pearl Klander and Herbert Louis Klander.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles
Herbert is survived by sister, Saundra K. Skorcz (Adam); niece, Toni Ingold (Alan); and nephew, Gary Wayne Schmidt (Kim).
He obtained a B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice from UNCW. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, BPO Elks, American Legion and TKE Fraternity. Herbert enjoyed playing golf and card games.
Private funeral services were held for the family.
