SOUTHPORT — Nancy Little Dye, 84, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2020. She was born Sept. 14, 1936, in Conover, the daughter of Colon William Little and Beulah Mae Reitzel Little.
She was the widow of Earl E. Dye. They shared 57 blissful years together raising their family and traveling to numerous countries together in their retirement years.
She was a longtime resident of St. James Plantation and a member of Saint Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church of Southport.
She is survived by her two sons, Matt Dye (Linda) of Alexandria, Virginia, and Tracy Dye (Gayle) of Lewisburg, West Virginia; three grandchildren, Noah, Adrienne and Elena Dye, all of Lewisburg, West Virginia; as well as her beloved Yorkie, Allie.
In-person services will be private; however, a recording of the service will be shared via the Peacock-Newman & White Funeral and Cremation Service Facebook page on Saturday, Sept. 26.
