WILMINGTON — Louis Anthony Andrews, 93, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare. He was born Nov. 28, 1926, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Anthony Andrews and Aryandou Zarnas Andrews.
Louis served his country with honor and distinction as a seaman in the U.S. Navy. Louis worked as a commercial truck driver in the oil transportation business.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Roula; and son, Chris Andrews.
The family will receive friends from 11 to 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 6, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 608 S. College Road, Wilmington. A funeral liturgy will follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A presentation of military honors will be rendered in recognition of Louis’ honorable and faithful service to his country.
