WILMINGTON — Floyd E. Fennell, 82, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Evelyn Fennell, of the home; children, Sharon Fennell of Wilmington, Yvette Fennell of Charlotte, Ernest Fennel of Wilmington, Anthony Fennell (Regina) of Wilmington, Deidre Fennell of Wilmington and LaToya Dixon (Roland) of Rocky Point; siblings, Kenneth Fennell (Winnie) of Newport News, Virginia, and Mamie Martin (Earnest) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, June 26, at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S. 5th Ave., Wilmington. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 27, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd., Wilmington. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, while attending the services, please adhere to the guidelines for social distancing. It is mandatory that a proper face mask be worn.
