WILMINGTON — James Wesley Fogleman, 77, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020.
He was born Nov. 3, 1942, in Siler City, North Carolina, to George Fogleman and Ida Jones Fogleman.
James was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a professional barber for many years in Wilmington.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Chavez Fogleman; one son, James W. Fogleman Jr.; one daughter, Tara Willingmyre; and other extended family members.
