Nine years have now passed since you were taken from us. The pain never fades, the shattered hearts never heal, but the 20 years of wonderful memories of that beautiful smile, the witty humor, the big bear hugs, and the love of life that you had help us through each day.
To this day, missing you sometimes becomes unbearable. It seems like a hundred years ago, and yesterday at the same time, that we got that horrific knock at the door on that cold, wet morning, but keeping those memories tucked tightly in our hearts gets us through.
We love you and miss you, each and every day, with all of our shattered hearts, John Edward Rossi, and we always will.
