CAROLINA SHORES — Joann Lucy Bostrup, 83, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. She was born Nov. 3, 1935, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, a daughter of the late James and Florence Dunn.
She was a retired secretary and bookkeeper in the healthcare field, and was secretary to the Bowler’s League Association and the Carolina Shores Homeowners Association.
Surviving are sons, Joseph Casabura (Kelly Ann) of Raleigh, Leonard Casabura (Joanne) of Highland, New York, and Thomas Casabura (Francesca) of Hudson, New York; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 6, at Brunswick Funeral Service with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be held in the Lloyd Cemetery, Highland, New York.
