WILMINGTON — Teresa Lynn Watters, 56, went to be with the Lord Friday, Sept. 21, 2018. She was born Sept. 13, 1962, in Danville, Virginia, to B.T. and Shirley Hundley.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Penny Eanes Pigford.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Jimmy Watters; son, Zachary Watters, and his wife, Blair; granddaughter, Presslee; parents, B.T. and Shirley Hundley; mother-in-law, Carol Watters; sister-in-law, Brenda West, and her husband, Riley; and brother-in-law, Paul Watters.
Teresa loved spending time with family, friends, and granddaughter Presslee. She enjoyed traveling and the beach.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 24, at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 25, with Cameron McGill officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presslee Watters Scholarship.
