BOLIVIA — Timothy Hugh Vaden, 61, died Friday, July 27, 2018.

He was born April 20, 1957, in Surry County, son of the late Jeoffrey Vaden and Erline Love Vaden.

He was a member of the Brunswick County Civil War Roundtable, a former member of the Jaycees, and a member of Concord United Methodist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Venus Moore Vaden; first cousins who he considered brothers and sisters, Mickey Love, Gayle Taylor, Billy Smith and Diane Beane; and mother-in-law, Carnell Walters, brother-in-law, Malcolm Walters, both of Aynor, South Carolina.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 28, at Concord United Methodist Church, officiated by the the Rev. Karen Howell. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Casketbearers will be Mickey Love, Victor Pearsall, Ferris Simpson, Billy Smith, David Shinn, Rodney Kersten, Danny Lane and Morris Moore.
