WILMINGTON — Thelma M. Williams, 77, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018.
A celebration of Ms.Thelma’s life will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13, at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S. 5th Ave., Wilmington. Interment will follow in Carver’s Creek Church Cemetery.
