OAK ISLAND — Casey Michael Mylod, 16, passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2017.
Casey was born Sept. 19, 2000, to Edward and Susan Mylod. He was a rising junior at South Brunswick High School, musician, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Casey worked at Russell’s Restaurant.
Casey will be remembered as a sweet boy with a big heart and for always lending a helping hand. Casey was his dad’s sidekick for all the New York Giants football games. Tragically, his father Edward Michael Mylod passed away at the same time as Casey.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Susan Mylod; brothers and sister, Eddie, Shannon, Kenny and Danny; devoted aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 30, at Oak Island Evangelical Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Walter Taylor officiating. A reception will follow the service at the church.
