OCEAN ISLE BEACH — Dorsey Marvin Lewis II, 75, passed away Monday, Aug. 14, 2017.
Marvin was born March 24, 1942, in Guilford County to the late Dorsey Marvin and Althea Presnell Lewis.
Marvin was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his daughters, Dani Rae Lewis of Wilmington and Keri Lea Lewis of Greensboro; sister, Janice Hughes of High Point; and one grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 20, at his favorite meditation spot, the public access in Ocean Isle Beach.
