HAMPSTEAD — Raquel Heather Wilson, 36, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug., 9, 2017.
She was born July 4, 1981, in Patchaug, N.Y., a daughter of Louann Miro and Robert Wilson. Raquel worked in a local dental lab.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Payton Hammond; son, Cole Wilson; brother, Donald Wilson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Beach Community Church, 5 North 4th St., Carolina Beach, with Pastor Tim Russell officiating.
