SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — James William Bell, 26, died Friday, April 7, 2017, in Bourbonnaise, Ill. He was born in Wilmington, N.C., July 5, 1990.
He is survived by his parents, Gayle and Bob Bell; sister, Sarah Bell; wife, Joanna Giffen; and son, Jaxon.
A private graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, May 15, in Oleander Memorial Gardens, Bradley Drive.
Memorials may be sent to Saint Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church and Covenant House in Washington, D.C.
