William Wesley Skipper passed away on Nov. 11, 2016.
He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Skipper; and many family members.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Leland, NC. Internment to follow in the cemetery behind the church.
