
WILMINGTON — Lisa Lynne Bower, age 54, of Wilmington, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
She was born on Feb. 16, 1962, in Kingston, Penn., the daughter of William Coolbaugh and Ruby Hoyt Sherman.
Together with her parents, she is survived by her husband Michael, her son Jason Snyder, two daughters Nicole Savani and Kara Sherman, two stepdaughters, Kimberly Bower and Savannah Bower, her brother, William Coolbaugh, and sister, Kimberly Sherman. She is also survived by two grandchildren Ethan Sherman and Olivia Savani.
Mrs. Bower and her husband were both graduates of Berwick High School’s class of 1980.
She was well liked and had many friends through her work for many years as an assistant front end manager for the Fresh Market grocery store in Mayfaire.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel, 1535 S.41st Street Wilmington, NC 28403.
In keeping with her love of the beach and it’s casual style, the family asks that you feel free to wear flip flops, board shorts, Hawaiian shirts or similar beachwear.
