Andrew Joseph Giardelli, 89, of Wilmington, beloved father of Andrea Orengo and Mary Jo Maffetore, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016.
He was a proud U.S. Army World War II veteran and a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Wilmington.
He was survived by his daughters, Andrea Orengo and Mary Jo Maffetore; sisters, Marie DiBisceglie and Rose Giardelli; and grandchildren, Patrick, Jesse and Jaclyn. Remembered is his wife, Phyllis Budgia Giardelli, who passed away in December of 2010.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
