Doris Riggs Smith, of Wilmington, died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She was 71.
She was the daughter of the late James Thomas Riggs and Nola Justice Riggs.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, James G. Smith.
