Elouise Hickman Howard, of Wilmington, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice, at the age of 90.
Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at New Covenant Holiness Church, 1020 Dawson St. Burial will follow at Calvary Memorial Cemetery.
