Elouise Hickman Howard, of Wilmington, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice at the age of 90.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at New Covenant Holiness Church, 1020 Dawson Street. Burial will follow at Calvary Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
