Donna McKay Worthington, of Wilmington and formerly of Saugus, Massachusetts, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at the age of 56.
She was the loving wife of Brad Worthington, and a devoted daughter, sister and aunt.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington NC 28401.
