WPD makes 3 arrests during residential search

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department has arrested three individuals after assisting probation with a Friday morning residential search.

The WPD Gun Crimes Unit searched a home in the 300 block of Greendale Dr. where they found large amounts of MDA/MDMA, narcotics, drug paraphernalia and a stolen pistol.

33-year-old Lashonda Edens, 28-year-old Quaneil Hasson Allen and a juvenile were taken into custody.

Edens is faced with multiple failure to appear charges. Her bond is set at $2,000.

Allen is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling controlled substance, trafficking in MDA/MDMA, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession schedule II controlled substance, and parole violation, among other drug related charges. He is held without bond.

The juvenile is in custody at a juvenile detention center.
