WILMINGTON — Cape Fear Community College is inviting local job seekers to its downtown campus this month for a dedicated part-time hiring event.

The college will host its part-time career fair on Wednesday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the L Building lobby, located at the corner of Second and Red Cross streets. The event is open to the public, including students and community members looking for flexible employment options.

The fair aims to connect attendees with local employers offering positions primarily in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail industries. According to CFCC officials, the event is designed for those who need to balance work with existing class or family schedules.

“CFCC is proud to help connect people with part-time jobs that fit their needs,” CFCC President Jim Morton said. “This event gives job seekers a chance to meet employers who are ready to hire.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with business representatives and learn about current openings. No registration is required for those looking to attend and browse available positions.
