WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department is investigating a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Monday.
The WPD responded to the 300 block of S. College Road for reports that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, they found a male lying in the roadway. The male pedestrian subsequently died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing at this time. The male’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
