NEW HANOVER COUNTY — East Emerald Lake Drive will close from Tuesday, May 13, to Friday, May 16, in conjunction with the Smith Creek Park Phase 2 expansion project.
The closure will take place at 251 Lake Emerald Drive E., just north of the intersection with Tupelo Drive. The work is to install sanitary sewer service connection and a clean-out, connecting to an existing Cape Fear Public Utility Authority manhole via open trench. The work will also include all necessary pavement repairs and final tie-in to Tupelo Drive.
