Free Thanksgiving luncheon for seniors hosted this week

WILMINGTON — The City of Wilmington is continuing its annual tradition of hosting a holiday luncheon senior residents. 

The Thanksgiving event will take place Thursday, Nov. 21, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MLK Community Center, 401 S 8th St. 

Participants are welcome to attend in-person and enjoy camaraderie at the sit-down event. As well, a drive-thru option will take place for those 55 and up while supplies last.
