WILMINGTON — City stormwater crews will need to shut down a lane on River Road for pipe repairs Monday.
One lane will be closed Dec. 12 and a flagger will be in place to allow thru traffic to flow one direction at a time. The work will occur between Sunnyvale Drive and Bryan Road.
Motorists should expect delays.
