CFPUA customer service centers closed partially Friday

SOUTHEASTERN N.C. — The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority customer service centers will be closed Friday.

Two locations at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chestnut Street will close at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, until 2 p.m. Staff will be permitted to attend an employee-appreciation event.

Customers can manage accounts online at www.CFPUA.org/Online or by calling the interactive voice system, 910-332-6550, during this time.

Upon reopening, customer service representatives will be available both centers until 5 p.m.
