WILMINGTON — Two men have been arrested and charged for property damage of HVAC units and theft of their parts in the downtown area.
Patrick Davis, 33, and Clayton Bisset, 29, are being charged in this case with additional charges expected to be filed in the near future, according to a Wilmington Police Department press release. Davis is charged with larceny and obtain property false pretense attempt; Bisset is charged with possession Schedule III controlled substance, possession Schedule IV controlled substance, and obtain property false pretense.
Davis is being held under $33,000 secured bond, while Bisset is under a $16,000 secured bond.
