NEW HANOVER COUNTY — It’s five days into early voting season and the county has a tool that makes it easier to see how long the wait time is at each location.
One-stop absentee voting, known as early voting, allows registered voters to cast a ballot on select days prior to Election Day. The window closes Nov. 5 and voters can utilize any early voting location — unlike Election Day when individuals must vote at their assigned precincts.
