WPD arrests two for cocaine, heroin and meth possession

WILMINGTON — Two men were arrested Tuesday after police found various drugs and drug paraphernalia in their possession during a traffic stop. 

Around 7:05 p.m. officers with the Wilmington Police Department approached the vehicle of Zackery Peters and Gregory Deo, both 31, in the 3100 block of Market Street. After a search, officers found several heroin bindles, methamphetamine and crack cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia. 

Peters was charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of a Schedule III drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic ticket for operating without a license. He received a $7,500 unsecured bond. 

Deo was charged with possession of a Schedule I drug, possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $3,000 unsecured bond.
