NEW HANOVER COUNTY — Local emergency officials responded to a fire in the Ogden area of the county Monday afternoon.
A fire was contained to the dryer in one of the duplex units of a multifamily residential building at 1101 Boone Lane. The New Hanover County Fire Department, with assistance from the Wilmington Fire Department, showed up at around 2:07 p.m.
No injuries were reported, and the fire is currently under investigation by the New Hanover County Fire Marshal’s Office.
