Matthew Alexander Stull

NEW HANOVER COUNTY — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office arrested a felon for second-degree rape.

Matthew Alexander Stull was charged on June 10 for sexually assaulting a woman he met in May. Stull was recently released from prison after being arrested for second-degree rape in 2015.
