WILMINGTON — A 21-year-old male was taken to Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center just after 3:30 p.m. Monday.
The male was hit be a vehicle in the 4400 block of Randall Parkway and South Kerr Avenue but sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Candy Palmer, 56, was cited for failure to see before turning.
WPD said this is an ongoing investigation.
