CFPUA limits services on Thursdays until further notice

SOUTHEASTERN N.C. — Cape Fear Public Utility Authority will have limited hours for in-person services and live phone calls on Thursdays, beginning Jan. 6.

The temporary change will make customer service representatives available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays only. According to a press release from CFPUA, this shift “will allow time for staff training in anticipation of a number of upcoming initiatives.”

Full services and hours will continue Monday through Wednesday and on Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The interactive voice-response phone system will be available (910-332-6550) and online access to manage accounts at CFPUA.org will be accessible as well.
