Have you seen this person? Wilmington police report missing 74-year-old woman

WILMINGTON — A 74-year-old woman, last seen near Castle Street, is reported missing by the Wilmington Police Department.

Margaret Gerald McCray is 5-feet-5-inches tall. She weighs 120 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

She was last seen New Year’s Day around 10:20 a.m. wearing black loose leggings and a dark gray blouse. She left her home and headed east on Castle Street in a black Infiniti with a North Carolina plate: YVR7918

Her intended destination is unknown, but she is said to commonly frequent thrift stores, such as the Goodwill off Carolina Beach Road, according to WPD. She may also be in the Seabreeze neighborhood near Monkey Junction or headed to Tabor City.

Citizens are asked to call 911 if they see her. Anyone with information should call 910-343-3609.
