NHRMC offers free physicals for Pender County high school students

PENDER COUNTY — On Tuesday, June 22, NHRMC Express Care, located in Rocky Point in Pender County, will be offering free physicals to the county’s high-school athletes. It also will be offering free Covid-19 vaccines to students and their families.

The event takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. at 7910 U.S. Hwy 117 S. in Rocky Point. While there is no need to schedule an appointment, a physical examination form from Pender County Schools needs to be filled in ahead of arrival. Students can do so here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fiMnJMKkamoHghz9hIbwvX1Pc5A8s05x .

Students or families with questions should speak with their school athletic director.
