Sheriff’s department releases info on missing teen

NEW HANOVER COUNTY — The sheriff’s department released info on 16-year-old Nefertari Tiye Scott, who was reported missing Friday, June 11.

Scott stands 5’5″ and is around 250 pounds. She is African American, with brown eyes, long black hair and no tattoos. The teenager was last seen at 124 Long Ridge Drive, wearing jeans and a black T-shirts.

Tips can be submitted to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Department anonymously online. Anyone with information can also call 910-798-4200.
