WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department is looking for tips and information related to a shooting that took place around 8 p.m. Monday evening.
Medical police at New Hanover Regional Medical Center reported to WPD a 43-year-old woman had arrived at the hospital to be treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
The gunshot victim said she had been shot by a male in the 1400 block of Dawson Street and fled on foot with another male, according to WPD.
