As of Friday, Brunswick County Schools is reporting 24 active Covid-19 cases, including one in central services, on its dashboard. Sixty-two students and staff were exposed to the virus and quarantined.
BCS issues the following disclaimer: “This data reflects the number of reported COVID-19 cases in the district. Due to a revision in testing requirements from NC DHHS and in the Strong Schools NC Public Health Toolkit, the dashboard may not accurately reflect the number of positive cases or the number of close contacts.”
