WILMINGTON — In mid-August, seven railroad crossings will be closed due to repairs.
Closures will happen from Aug. 12 through Aug. 15 for tie repairs. Each crossing will require a total road closure that could last anywhere from three to five days.
Weather permitting, below is the schedule:
- Aug. 12 – N. 6th Street (near N. 7th St.)
- Aug. 12 – Hilton Street (near N. 7th St.)
- Aug. 14 – Henry Street
- Aug. 15 – Colonial Drive
- Aug. 15 – River to the Sea Bikeway (near Dawson St.)
- Aug. 15 – Marstellar Street (near S. 13th St.)
- Aug. 15 – S. 13th Street (near Marstellar St.)
