WILMINGTON — The Cape Fear Public Utilities Authority’s downtown customer service center is on the move.

Starting Monday, April 15, it will relocate from 305 Chestnut St. to the City of Wilmington’s Skyline Center at 929 N. Front St. (formerly the ThermoFisher/PPD building).

It will operate on the first floor from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and parking will be available in the visitors’ lot, accessible from N. Front Street.

CFPUA’s main government offices at 235 Government Center Drive will remain in place and won’t be affected by the downtown outpost change.

Customers can continue to visit the current Chestnut Street lobby until Thursday, April 11. Anyone wishing to conduct in-person business on Friday, April 12, will need to go to Government Center Drive offices.

Online accounts can be manage here or by calling 910-332-6550.
