CAROLINA BEACH ––– This month the Carolina Beach Police Department took out warrants for the arrest of five young men accused of filming and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2018.
After a two-and-a-half-year investigation, the department based its arrests on evidence and information surrounding an Oct. 31, 2018 house party. The young girl was sexually assaulted by multiple attendees who filmed and photographed it, according to a Carolina Beach Police Department press release.
- Austen Charles Tounsel Montouri, 21, was arrested on June 10 and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. He was given a $100,000 secured bond.
- Bradyen David Walker, 21, was arrested on June 17 and charged with one count of second-degree forcible rape, one count of second-degree forcible sex offense, and one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Walker was given a $50,000 secured bond.
- Corey Tate Webster, 20, was arrested on June 9 and charged with two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of second-degree forcible sex offense, and three counts of assault on law enforcement. Webster was arrested on June 9 and given a $130,000 secured bond.
- Nicholas James Foutty, 23, was arrested June 22. He was charged with one count of second-degree forcible rape, one count of statutory rape of a child, one county of statutory sex offense of a child, one count of second-degree forcible sex offense, three counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. Foutty was given a $100,000 secured bond.
- Riley Scott Crouch, 21, was arrested on June 10 and charged with one count of statutory sex offense of a minor, one count second-degree forcible sex offense, and three counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Crouch was given a $125,000 secured bond.
A warrant is outstanding for the arrest of Patrick Austin Wise, 20. Wise is charged with one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Carolina Beach Police Department is asking that anyone with information on Wise’s whereabouts to call 911 or contact the department at 910-458-2540.
