ICYMI – Big projects, bomb scare, teenage girl still missing

The threat closed off streets in downtown Wilmington, but for hours rumors flew about what had actually happened. Police have since clarified some details, but the event — and its relation to at least two other similar incidents around the state on the same day — are still under investigation.
