Update 11:30 a.m. — Harley Brown has been located, according to Pender County Sheriff’s Office Captain James Rowell.
BURGAW — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) is searching for a missing woman from Rocky Point.
Hayley Marie Brown, 21, was last seen Monday driving a 2013 Honda Accord with a North Carolina plate number of WWH-5660, according to PCSO Captain James Rowell.
Brown is approximately 5’2″ tall and weighs 120 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Late Wednesday morning, Rowell said Brown was still missing.
