WILMINGTON —- It’s hit or miss if you’re planning on shopping at Mayfaire this week.
According to a recent release, Mayfaire’s main offices closed Tuesday and will remain closed indefinitely, likely through the end of the week. Individual stores and restaurants are deciding for themselves whether to remain open.
Some major chains were open, others were closed with doors sand-bagged; for restaurants, it was the same story. The Mayfaire Regal 16 movie theater is closed until further notice.
