Update, June 11: Wilmington Police have suspended the investigation into the whereabouts of Jennie and Arthur Bartholomew after an attorney of the family contacted police and confirmed their safety. Police are not releasing information on where the pair was located.
WILMINGTON–The Wilmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a mother and her son who went missing yesterday afternoon.
Jennie Bartholomew, 35, and her 2-year-old son Arthur were last seen leaving the Casey’s Buffet restaurant on Oleander Drive at around 4 p.m. on Friday, June 8, according to Wilmington Police Department.
According to WPD, Jennie Bartholomew is 6 feet tall, weighing about 350 pounds with blue eyes and blonde, shoulder-length hair. When last seen, she was wearing a purple top with black pants.
Arthur Bartholomew is 3 feet tall, weighing about 32 pounds. According to police, he was last seen wearing a black and red Spider-Man shirt, blue checkered pants and red and black flip flops.
